What happen if my flight is delayed?
All flights are constantly monitored so your driver will greet you at Mauritius airport on your arrival. Therefore if your flight is delayed, there is no need to worry about paying costly waiting time as we will be aware of any delay. No additional charge if your flight is delayed.
What happen if I cancel my transfer or change day?
Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the transfer, send us an email for cancellation reason.
What are the payment options?
We do accept both on-line payment by paypal & cash payment. Pay cash in EUR, GBT, USD, or MUR with your driver after you reach your hotel.
What if I don't find the driver?
In rare cases, customers may take some minutes to locate their driver at the airport. Our customer receive their driver`s contact details by email one day before the trip. Customers call liaise with the driver directly or simply our office or hotline ( +230 5255 2773).
Are all fares inclusive or will I be asked for extra money?
All Mauritius airport transfer fares are all pre-arranged with you and the driver are fully inclusive so no haggling with the driver and no unpleasant surprises when you reach your holiday destination.
